Return and Refunds
We are committed to providing our customers with fantastic salt and a great experience. If you are unhappy with a product you purchased from us, please let us know and we will try our hardest to resolve your issue to your satisfaction.
As our salt is intended for human ingestion, to safeguard the health of our customers all sales are “final” and may not be returned or exchanged, except for products damaged in transit and if we otherwise agree (because we truly are nice people). If your purchase arrives damaged, contact us as provided below within 30 days and we will replace the damaged item or refund your payment. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. We may ask you to send us a photo of the damaged item or return it to us (in which case we will pay the cost of shipping) so we can pursue a claim with the shipping carrier.
Shipping
Orders are typically shipped 1 to 3 days after being placed and paid for. Times, if any, shown in Shipping Methods refer to in transit times estimated by the carrier once they have received the shipment and does not include time needed for us to prepare and assemble your order and to transfer the package to the carrier. In particular, note that USPS Priority Mail is not a guaranteed date-specific delivery service and that the 1, 2, and 3-day periods that may be shown in a particular shipping method is the carrier's estimate based on where the package is being delivered to. We will attempt to notify you in the event of any delay, but shall not be responsible for delays.
