How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. You will always see the full shipping cost before completing your purchase.
Do you offer free shipping?
From time to time, we offer free standard shipping within the United States on retail orders over a specified merchandise total. When available, the offer and qualifying threshold are shown in the site announcement header. This offer excludes U.S. territories, international destinations, subscription plans, and wholesale orders.
When will I receive my order?
We work quickly to assemble and ship orders, typically within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Standard shipping generally arrives within 5–7 business days. Expedited shipping options are available for an additional charge. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is damaged or incorrect, contact us at info@amagansettseasalt.com as soon as possible. We’ll review the issue and work promptly to make it right.
What is your return policy?
Due to health and safety regulations, all salt sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges unless an incorrect item was sent or there was a fulfillment error. If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. While we can’t accept returned salt, we’ll always review the situation and do our best to resolve it fairly.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly. If you need to make a change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered the shipping process, we may be unable to accommodate changes.

Do you offer gift options?
Yes — in several ways. Every order is already gift-ready. While your email order confirmation includes pricing, the packing slip included with the shipment shows only the items purchased, the shipping recipient and address, and the name of the customer who placed the order — no prices are shown. If you’d like to include a message, you may enter it in the Special Instructions box on the shopping cart page. Messages entered there will appear on the packing slip.
For a more personal touch, we also offer a “Have us include a personalized notecard” option, available here. Your message will be printed on our custom notecard and included with the order.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to select international destinations. Available options and shipping rates will be shown at checkout based on your address.
Are your products available for wholesale purchase?
Yes. Wholesale ordering is available for restaurants and retailers and is handled separately from our online shop. Please contact us directly or visit our wholesale information page to learn more.
Are your products always in stock?
Our salt is harvested and packaged in small batches. While we do our best to keep products available, certain items may be temporarily out of stock. If a product is unavailable, it will be clearly noted on the product page.

All orders are packed and shipped from Amagansett, New York.
