Each tin includes six corked glass vials, each filled with 5 grams of a different sea salt. Every set contains our Pure Sea Salt, Lemon Zest Salt, and Herbes de Provence Salt, plus three additional vials selected at random from our flavored and infused blends.

This isn’t meant to keep your kitchen stocked for weeks—it’s designed for discovery. A way to explore the range, nuances, and character of our salts before committing to full-size jars. It also happens to be a handy companion for travel, dining out, or that charming restaurant with the beautiful view and just-okay seasoning. And yes—it makes a great gift.

This sampler was inspired by a NYC chef we regularly supply. When we bring new blends in small vials for feedback, he once emptied a tin of mints, tucked the vials inside, and explained that he was flying to Paris the next day—and the salts would be perfect for the trip. We couldn’t have said it better ourselves. Voilà.
