Discount and Coupons terms

We may, from time to time, offer discounts and coupon codes. These terms and conditions govern the use of all such promotions.

Sales:

Purchase a Gift Card of $25 or more and take 10% off a Salt Sampler Tin added to the same order. Discount automatically applied at checkout. One discount applied for each qualifying Gift Card.

All other terms and exclusions apply.

General Terms (Applicable to All Discounts and Coupon Codes):

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

Free Shipping or Discounted Shipping Thresholds:

Any order minimum required for free or discounted shipping is calculated based on the order subtotal after all discounts have been applied.

Excluded Products:

Discounts do not apply to: salt by the pound, subscription plans, items already discounted or part of a discounted bundle, and gift cards

Non-Stackability:

Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions, sales, or discounts for the same item.

Modification or Cancellation:

We reserve the right to modify or cancel any discount or promotion at any time, without prior notice.

Expiration Time:

All discounts expire at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the stated expiration date, unless noted otherwise.

Limitations and Misuse:

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel the use of any discount code that has been altered, duplicated, shared publicly when not intended for public use, or obtained through unauthorized channels.

One-Time Use or Customer-Specific:

Some promotion codes may be restricted to one-time use, specific customers, or specific email recipients. Such codes may not be transferred or shared.

Returns and Exchanges:

Refunds for returned items purchased with a discount will reflect the discounted purchase price, not the full list price. If an order originally qualified for a promotion (such as free shipping) and a return causes the order to fall below the qualifying threshold, we may adjust the refund accordingly.

System or Typographical Errors:

Amagansett Sea Salt Co. is not responsible for typographical, technical, or system errors, and reserves the right to correct pricing or promotional inaccuracies.

Geographic Restrictions:

Unless stated otherwise, promotions and discount codes apply only to orders shipped within the United States.
